Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Handling
All orders placed with ScentRealm are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via Australia Post.
If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will make every effort to notify you via email.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes and handling are outside of our control. ScentRealm is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia
At this time, ScentRealm ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100
Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days, depending on your location and postal zone
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to peak periods, public holidays, or high parcel volumes.
Tracking & Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not see our emails, check your spam or junk folders, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered.
Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels
Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post. While we cannot speed up the delivery process, we are happy to assist if your parcel appears delayed or lost prior to being marked as delivered.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
Once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by Australia Post, ScentRealm cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request supporting evidence such as photos or videos to assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
A damaged item includes products that are broken, leaking, shattered, crushed, or otherwise unusable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are not accepted for change of mind. Scent preferences are personal, and once opened or used, fragrances cannot be returned.
However, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
You receive the wrong item
The product arrives damaged or faulty
There is a manufacturing defect
All remedies are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
